A.W.A.K.E. by Natalia Alaverdian is one of the new generation of Russian designer labels bringing a unique and playful spirit to fashion. Natalia served as Fashion Director for Russian Harper’s Bazaar for five years before switching to photography and art direction for the magazine and now moving to design. A.W.A.K.E is an acronym for “All wonderful adventures kindle enthusiasm.” Each season, she bases her A.W.A.K.E. collections on another animal from sheep in AW13 to roosters in SS14.
