Melt was born out of designer-travelers Emma Garcin and Jeanne Biehn Sall’s shared passion for experimenting with materials, exploring cultures, and seeking inspiration from nature. The company’s timeless scarves are woven by hand on wooden looms in Nepal using traditional materials including cashmere and silk as well as original materials such as yak or camel yarn. Grounded in an ethical approach, Melt aims to help preserve traditional craftsmanship.
