NDS was launched in 2008 by Director and Head Designer Nektar De Stagni, with a focus on Jewelry, Accessories, and Editions. Her approach to design often includes a playful balance of opposites, resulting in objects that are both elegant and relaxed, classic and contemporary. Nektar De Stagni is sold in some of the best luxury retailers worldwide including The Webster MIAMI, Opening Ceremony NYC/LA/LONDON, Corso Como SHANGHAI, Tomorrowland JAPAN, MoMA Design Store NYC, Club 21 SINGAPORE, The Standard Hotel shops NYC/MIAMI, as well as in the NDS Online store. Through special projects and events, NDS is also interested in exploring the places where the fields of art and design can and do intersect, as a way of introducing novel retail platforms and pursuing new presentation formats. Recent projects have included artists and designers such as Paola Pivi, Tom Sachs, Confetti System, Arielle De Pinto, and Jim Drain among others.
