The jackets were inspired and created by a love of costumes and old military uniforms. Intially vintage shops were scoured for old jackets and then customised before we decided to design our own. We started with mens jackets, added womens jackets and then made childrens. All the materials continue to be sourced in the UK and the jackets are made in a factory in East London. Mr Uddin (below) runs the team of professional tailors who make make all the jackets. Each jacket is finished with authentic braiding dating from the 1940's and '50's from a supplier who found boxes of it lying on dusty shelves in a warehouse haberdashery off Bethnal Green Road over 30 years ago.
