Talisman Gallery has been a leading British jewellery retailer for 30 years, founded by Lesley Schiff in 1983 and showcased in a concession in Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge. Selling the work of more than 30 artist jewellers and design companies from around the world, Lesley travels extensively to source new and exciting lines. Lesley is a ‘curator’ of jewellery, and brings her many years of experience in all fields of jewellery design, history and retail – antique, vintage, ethnographic and contemporary – to the company. This website is not an e-commerce site, as Lesley believes that the best way to purchase jewellery is to handle, look at and try on pieces. Talisman sales staff have a wealth of knowledge about the jewellers and designers sold by the Gallery. The team can offer personal shopping and styling. Lesley is also a freelance Consultant to jewellery designers and manufacturers.
