Andrea Deppieri, creator of TÊTE DE BOIS, was born in Venice in 1981. Keen on design and fashion for education and background, he graduated in architecture at IUAV of Venice in 2006. After gaining experience in different architecture studios, he focused on design applied to fashion, working as retail designer for Diesel. Then, as freelancer, he collaborated with Ralph Lauren and Benetton, among others. From 2009 he is creative consultant for 55DSL, the street style and young brand of Diesel, for which he has the opportunity to work in a range of different activities, from interior and furniture design to display and packaging design, installations and windows creativity. In early 2012, he founded NEWTON & SON, an evolution of the design and graphic studio established by his father in 1986. The studio works in a range of different fields and disciplines, including architecture and interior design, graphic and industrial design, creative direction and brand identity. Curious about everything, his mantra is observe, absorb, exchange. Andrea is convinced that creativity and rationality are two sides of the same coin. Andrea is obsessed with detail.
