BREXIT: Customs Duty and changes to delivery & returns

Following Brexit, goods over a certain value (£135) being sent from the EU to the UK are now subject to Customs Duty.

In most cases, brands are covering any costs themselves, so customers won’t have to pay anything extra.

Some brands have announced delays and/or changes to deliveries and/or returns

In a few cases, customers are now required to pay Customs Duty, however, please be aware that you can choose to not accept the fees, in which case your item(s) will be returned and you are likely to be refunded.

Please click on individual brands for more details.
