Alighieri’s sterling-silver Collision bracelet is crafted with a textured bubble-effect chain, denoting the attitudes of rebellion see in The Land of the Lawless – a perspective of hell witness by the eponymous character Dante in the 14th century epic-poem Divine Comedy. It's made by hand in London's esteemed Hatton Garden district using a traditional wax-casting technique, then finished with a 24kt gold-plated lobster clasp.
Founded in 2014, Alighieri creates jewellery inspired by Dante Alighieri’s ‘Divine Comedy’. Its ‘Modern Heirlooms’ are all handcrafted in London. Core pieces are cast in recycled bronze before being plated in gold, or made in solid sterling silver, supplied by certified members of the Responsible Jewellery Council.
