Alighieri’s Old Time’s Sake necklace from the Chasing Clouds collection is a testament to longstanding friendships, inspired by a specific part of Dante’s Divine Comedy where he reaches the shores of Purgatory and encounters old friends. Handmade in Hatton Garden, it's crafted from 24kt gold-plated bronze using wax-casting techniques to achieve the artfully irregular look of the pendant, then suspends from a delicate chain.

Founded in 2014, Alighieri creates jewellery inspired by Dante Alighieri’s ‘Divine Comedy’. Its ‘Modern Heirlooms’ are all handcrafted in London.
