Inspired by Dante Alighieri's epic poem Divine Comedy, designer Rosh Mahtani's jewellery collections are imbued with classical references and crafted with a world-traveller in mind. This gold-plated brass The Tale of Bea necklace is handmade in London with a hammered pendant – reminiscent of Dante's imperfect characters – and subtly engraved with a small girl motif.
Founded in 2014, Alighieri creates jewellery inspired by Dante Alighieri’s ‘Divine Comedy’. Its ‘Modern Heirlooms’ are all handcrafted in London. Core pieces are cast in recycled bronze before being plated in gold, or made in solid sterling silver, supplied by certified members of the Responsible Jewellery Council.
