Designer Araks Yeramyan launched her lingerie line in 2000 with the Antonia bra, a comfortable, unstudied style here recreated in heron blue. It's responsibly crafted in a small New York factory – with whom the label has been collaborating since its early days – from organic-cotton jersey, featuring adjustable shoulder straps, soft cups and hooks and eyes to fasten.

Shortly after launching her eponymous lingerie label, Araks Yeramyan made the famous briefs worn by Scarlett Johansson in the opening scene of Sofia Coppola’s Lost In Translation. Her obsession with colour and detail has kept the brand on an upward trajectory, incorporating swimwear and sleepwear, and staying true to Ararks’ vision of everyday luxury.
