Konbu-N Backpack

Developed from an original piece, a military 'jungle pack' also known as 'field pack', this rucksack features vertical and horizontal straps at the front and on the sides allowing for size adjustment. The main compartment has a drawstring closure and a laptop sleeve with a padded backside and bottom for comfort and protection. Finished with additional zip pockets, one at the front and one on the flap. Konbu-N is a unique material innovation that gives our pure nylon fabric a natural and organic appearance, reminiscent of compact cotton canvas – or of the crinkled texture of dried sea kelp, known as konbu in Japanese. Distinguished by a firm and dry touch, pieces made from Konbu-N are solid enough to stand on their own, and the fabric’s firmness and rigidity create a sense of added volume.
