Face masks are rightly in higher demand than ever, and there are increasing amounts of research suggesting the importance and effectiveness of them. Whilst medical grade masks are not essential to stay safe, face coverings can be made using common closet staples, such as old T shirts and scrap fabric. If you can’t make your own, we have partnered with one of our manufacturers in Portugal to make non-medical masks for personal use. Our masks are made using 100% soft cotton leftover fabrics and cut-offs, which have been treated with an anti-bacterial coating for extra protection. As a result, these masks are effective, easy to wear, soft on the skin and are secured with elastic fastenings. Our masks are sold in packs of 5, including 4 adult masks and 1 for a child up to 12 years of age. With every pack bought, we will send you an additional pack of 5 masks, to share with your neighbours. We want to play our part in getting as many people as we can to wear masks. To help make this possible we are totally transparent with our pricing, and as a result we do not make any profit from the sale of these masks. Please note that there are mixed colours and prints in each pack and this is not selectable. For those who wish to place a bulk order of masks, we offer a pack of 100 masks, including 80 adult masks and 20 for a child. With this purchase, we will ensure another 100 masks are distributed directly to The NHS Volunteer Army, other volunteers and the public. Alternatively, you can buy a set of 100 masks to donate directly, simply choose the colour ‘DONATE’ and we will distribute those 100 masks plus an additional 100 masks to those most in need".
