Dreamt up by Argentinean-born fashion photographer-turned-designer Josefina A. Theo, Casa Raki is dedicated to dreaming up sun-seeking garments that pride on using eco-friendly practices. Proof? The Calla top. Spun up from airy organic linen, it’s shaped into a cropped silhouette that playfully recreates the look of tying up a piece of clothing to suit warmer climes, centred with a knotted accent. Slip it on for balmy days and beach trips.
Casa Raki uses certified organic and recycled materials to create swimwear and airy separates, inspired by founder Josefina Alazraki’s childhood in Uruguay, and produced in a women-run factory in Portugal. Classic, minimal designs ensure a timelessness to each piece, in keeping with the brand’s commitment to sustainability.
'Made with 100% organic linen. Linen is made from the fibres of the flax plant. Flax is resilient and can grow in poor soil, using less water than cotton to produce.'
