As an ode to her long-lasting relationship with the sea, Casa Raki was dreamt up by Argentinean-born fashion photographer-turned-designer Josefina A. Theo to help protect Mother Nature. Proof? The Greta top. Crafted in the label’s couture factory in Portugal, this frilly design is imagined for organic cotton that limits water waste and stops nasty chemicals from entering our environment. Now you can take a stroll down Punta del Este, knowing you're helping out the planet.
Casa Raki uses certified organic and recycled materials to create swimwear and airy separates, inspired by founder Josefina Alazraki’s childhood in Uruguay, and produced in a women-run factory in Portugal. Classic, minimal designs ensure a timelessness to each piece, in keeping with the brand’s commitment to sustainability.
'Made with 100% organic cotton. Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides and fertilisers, uses less water and emits up to 46% less greenhouse gas than non-organic.'
