Going into her second collection with a fresh, modern ease, Natacha Ramsay-Levi’s AW18 presentation for Chloé was all about the strong silhouettes and bold details. Referencing the maison’s ‘70s folk spirit with its saddle silhouette and braided carry handles, the Marcie leather cross-body is fitted with a roomy compartment and is decorated with contrasting stitching.
Founded in 1952 by Gaby Aghion, Chloé upended the formal traditions of couture fashion with its bohemian aesthetic. Under icons including Karl Lagerfeld, and now Creative Director, Chemena Kamali, it continues to draw on this rich heritage to appeal to modern generations of Chloé girls, drawn to its free-spirited femininity.
