Comme des Garçons crafts these black loafers in collaboration with Dr. Martens to evoke the British label’s signature workwear sensibility. Crafted in Japan from smooth leather with a classic penny bar at the vamp, they have an apron-stitched toe box and are set on distinctive grooved-rubber midsoles – note the yellow Goodyear-welt stitching, a detail that can be traced back to the 1950s.
