Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides and fertilisers, uses less water and emits up to 46% less greenhouse gas than non-organic. TENCEL™ modal is manufactured from wood sourced from sustainably managed forests and is produced using Eco Soft technology, that has high recovery rates of process ingredients and generates very low emissions to air. TENCEL™ lyocell is made from plant cellulose and while chemicals are used in its production, it is a closed-loop process, meaning that chemicals can be extracted and waste water reused.'
