Fendi’s black glasses are cut to an oversized-square silhouette that echoes a 1970s sensibility – a key trend for the season. They’re made in Italy to a slender acetate frame, with clear lenses and gold FF-logo plaques at the hinges, which is a motif designed in 1965 by the late creative director Karl Lagerfeld.
Fendi founded in 1925 is globally known for unabashed extravagance. Under the direction of Karl Lagerfeld it developed glamorous womens wear and classically tailored menswear. It consistently produces some of the most sought after ‘it bags’. See them in Vogue and Grazia amongst many others.
