"A Tribute to Karl" honours Karl Lagerfeld’s legacy through his most iconic style: the white shirt. This limited-edition design has been customized by Tommy Hilfiger, and only 77 pieces are available worldwide. It includes signature details like a high stand collar and thick cuffs, and has been artfully crafted using the finest quality cotton poplin. “To be able to pay tribute to Karl through design is an honor," says Hilfiger. "I was inspired by his lucky number, seven, which is represented through the seven stars on the shirt’s placket. The brand added the Tommy stripe detail to the shoulder and also reimagined his signature gloves in our classic colours of red, white and blue.” All proceeds from the sale of this shirt will be donated to “Sauver la Vie,” a charity that funds medical research at the Paris Descartes University and which Karl supported for many years.
