Two things we saw a lot of on Proenza Schouler’s SS22 runway? Loafers and monochrome. A pair of monochromatic loafers, Quad brings both the collection’s signatures together in the most seamless way. Sculpted from buttery-soft lambskin leather so they stay snug and comfy, this modern interpretation of the preppy silhouette has a high tongue coupled with an elongated, square toe. We reckon they’re named for the four-sided contrast panel at the front.
Proenza Schouler was founded in New York by designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez. Their work is inspired by contemporary art and youth culture and is combined with an emphasis on tailoring and the use of custom developed fabrics.
