From Proenza Schouler's latest collection, you can expect perfectly tailored proportions and structural silhouettes to crop up time and time again – the New York-based brand draws influence from modern art, after all. Plucked from the line-up, this coat is crafted from a soft cotton and wool blend and shaped to a figure-hugging outline before fanning out into a flared hem. It even comes complete with all the trimmings – think notched lapels, flap pockets, and a button front.
Proenza Schouler was founded in New York by designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez. Their work is inspired by contemporary art and youth culture and is combined with an emphasis on tailoring and the use of custom developed fabrics.
