Reformation started off as a vintage shop, so it’s no surprise that retro-inspired creations are what the LA brand continues to provide. The effortlessly old-school Talia jumpsuit is form-fitting with a straight-leg cut and an all-over faded wash, bridging the gap between 60s groove and the 21st-century minimalism. It’s also spun from sustainably sourced cotton of course – we wouldn’t expect anything less from the certified climate-neutral label.
Long before it became fashionable, Reformation made sustainability cool, with limited collections of dresses, ethically-made in LA with ‘deadstock’ material. They’re still leading change, promising to be climate positive by 2025.
'Made with 66% organic cotton, 32%lyocell and 2% recycled elastane. Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides and fertilisers, uses less water and emits up to 46% less greenhouse gas than non-organic. Lyocell is made from plant cellulose. While chemicals are used in its production, it is a closed-loop process, meaning that chemicals can be extracted and waste water reused. Recycled material reduces waste, uses fewer natural resources and has a lower environmental impact than virgin material.'
