For SS22, London-born label Self-Portrait debuts its first-ever bag: The Bow. Dubbing its campaign ‘The Bow is Mine’, as a nod to the hit by Brandy, the collection looks to 90s nostalgia for its inspiration. Describing it as a modern classic, Creative Director Han Chong’s dreamt up a timeless silhouette and crowned it with one of the House’s signature motifs, the bow course. It looks like the revival of 90s fashion isn’t going anywhere yet, and we’re here for it.
Self Portrait is all about creating feminine clothes, embellished with lace, leather and details that reveal their street style influences. Their collection of cool modern classics spans tailoring to accessories, but it's the dresses that steal the show.
