There’s a new, somewhat futuristic logo making the rounds at Stella McCartney this season and its latest conquest is this jumper. Whipped up from pure cotton and stitched with contrasting panels at the back and the long sleeves, it’s stamped with the newest rendition of the British designer’s namesake at the arm. As for styling? Well, the options are endless, but we’ve opted for cargo trousers and a pair of practical boots.
Stella is a girl’s girl, visible in designs that embrace femininity from a variety of different and subtle angles. The always-cool and famously-vegetarian brand uses biodegradable fabrics and no fur or leather, setting design and animal welfare on an equal footing, with unshakeable standards for both.
'Stella McCartney uses of a variety of materials with lower environmental impact, including re-engineered cashmere, certified higher-welfare wool, organic cotton, recycled nylon and polyester and sustainably sourced viscose, and vegetarian alternatives to leather, fur, silk and feathers.'
