Spats – original rubber boots™ are designed in Dalston, east London, by Talk about the Weather Ltd. The company was founded in 2009 by two friends Imogen O'Rorke and Harriet Worboys with a vision to revive vintage outdoor footwear with a contemporary twist. They started selling Spats on a local market stall but they were so in demand that they were able to launch the brand onto the high street in 2013.
