The Acne Studios straight-faced motif was first brought to life based on a drawing by Creative Director Jonny Johansson of a Swedish man during a show fitting, with the neutral expression that’s “not too happy, not too sad, but somewhere in between,”. You’ll find it rendered here as an embroidered patch on this Kory headband; the oversized accessory is knitted with a ribbed effect to make it extra stretchy and warm.
Swedish design collective ACNE was founded in 1997 by Jonny Johansson. Initially specialising in jeans the brand now is a byword for modern classics infused with Scandinavian cool as seen in the likes of Stella and Elle.
