Los Angeles-based AGOLDE is constantly inspired by archive designs, reinterpreting and reinventing them. As you can tell by the name, the 90s jeans were inspired by the decade. They’re shaped to a relaxed fit, with roomy straight legs and an all-over faded finish. Did we mention they’re crafted from organic cotton?
Los Angeles-based AGOLDE defines itself as a fashion-forward denim label, experimental in both approach and design. Part of the same family as Citizens of Humanity and GOLDSIGN, the AGOLDE design collective focuses on sustainability and comfort, to create modern interpretations of classic styles.
'Made with at least 50% organic cotton and lyocell. Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides and fertilisers, uses less water and emits up to 46% less greenhouse gas than non-organic. Lyocell is made from plant cellulose. While chemicals are used in its production, it is a closed-loop process, meaning that chemicals can be extracted and waste water reused.'
