Botanical scenes adorn much of Agua by Agua Bendita's collections, from 19th-century illustrations to modern geometric shapes. Handmade in Colombia, this airy linen maxi dress is printed with abstract magnolias amongst birds in flight. The pattern is brought to life with tiny faux pearls and intricate embroidery which has taken artisans 15 hours to craft by hand.
Agua by Agua Bendita was co-founded by fashion designers and friends, Catalina & Mariana, ‘as an ode to Latin America's culture, biodiversity, and master artisanship.’ Ready-to-wear and swimwear pieces are handmade by female artisans in Colombia.
'Made with 100% linen. Linen is made from the fibres of the flax plant. Flax is resilient and can grow in poor soil, using less water than cotton to produce.'
