Alighieri's 'The Ancient Incantations' earrings are part of the label's 10-year anniversary collection inspired by "hope and rebirth". Crafted from recycled silver, they have a rustic molten shape and are finished by hand to create a vintage-effect patina.
Founded in 2014, Alighieri creates jewellery inspired by Dante Alighieri’s ‘Divine Comedy’. Its ‘Modern Heirlooms’ are all handcrafted in London. Core pieces are cast in recycled bronze before being plated in gold, or made in solid sterling silver, supplied by certified members of the Responsible Jewellery Council.
As the sustainable fashion movement gathers pace, we’re shining a light on the individual pieces with eco credentials, whether that’s lower-impact natural fabrics like linen, lyocell and organic cotton, recycled fibres, or more planet-friendly manufacturing techniques. If it’s greener, it’s here.
