The Celestial Orbit 24ct Yellow Gold-Plated Bronze Bangle

As with every piece Londoner Alighieri creates, The Celestial Orbit bangle from the jeweller’s Many Moons Ago collection is inspired by Dante’s works. Reflecting the moment the poet arrives in the second circle dubbed Paradiso, it’s rendered in 24-carat yellow gold-plated bronze shaped to mimic those you’d find in the lunar sphere – see the strands of metal twisted around the sides creating the oval bracelet.

Founded in 2014, Alighieri creates jewellery inspired by Dante Alighieri’s ‘Divine Comedy’. Its ‘Modern Heirlooms’ are all handcrafted in London. Core pieces are cast in recycled bronze before being plated in gold, or made in solid sterling silver, supplied by certified members of the Responsible Jewellery Council.
