Dante's Divine Comedy is an inexhaustible source of inspiration for Alighieri. With that in mind, The Lia ring once again refers to one of the passages in the Italian masterpiece. Handmade in the London workshops, it is made from 24-carat gold-plated silver and has the abstract shape of a mirror. A jewel that promises not to go unnoticed.
Founded in 2014, Alighieri creates jewellery inspired by Dante Alighieri’s ‘Divine Comedy’. Its ‘Modern Heirlooms’ are all handcrafted in London. Core pieces are cast in recycled bronze before being plated in gold, or made in solid sterling silver, supplied by certified members of the Responsible Jewellery Council.
