Jewellery label Alighieri was named in homage to the Italian poet Dante Alighieri; each one of its items corresponds to a poem from his Divine Comedy. Founded by Rosh Mahtani in 2014, the distinctive collection is designed to have a battered, slightly imperfect look in order to mimic the adventurous and often inexplicable atmosphere of Dante’s work.

Core pieces are cast in recycled bronze before being plated in gold, or made in solid sterling silver, supplied by certified members of the Responsible Jewellery Council.
