The unique shapes and intricate engravings of Alighieri's designs are inspired by ancient tales - this 'The Wasteland' ring references T.S. Eliot's post-war poem of the same name. Twisted and soldered to resemble a vintage piece, it's been handcrafted in London from tarnish-resistant gold-plated brass. Wear yours on your index finger, stacking your thumb and pinkie with other mixed metals.
Founded in 2014, Alighieri creates jewellery inspired by Dante Alighieri’s ‘Divine Comedy’. Its ‘Modern Heirlooms’ are all handcrafted in London. Core pieces are cast in recycled bronze before being plated in gold, or made in solid sterling silver, supplied by certified members of the Responsible Jewellery Council.
