Crafted from a semi-sheer crêpe fabric, this dress is designed with a fitted top and a fluid skirt silhouette. The allover floral pattern is an original mid-20th century print, created for couture silk fabrics by artists at the F. Ducharne art studio in Paris. Cut at an ankle-length, the dress is detailed with flared short sleeves, a pointed collar and a front placket with buttoning. The dress is cut-and-sewn at waist and has a concealed zip at side seam. The shoulders and the back yoke are stitched with flatlock stitching.
