Since Matthieu Blazy has assumed the creative reins of Bottega Veneta, we’ve come to expect reworked, reproportioned iterations of some of the Italian house’s most celebrated silhouettes and, judging by the Lido sandals, we’re right on track. Following the same diamond-shaped pattern as the house’s iconic intrecciato weave, this pair has one twist – they aren’t woven at all. Instead, the fine raffia is carefully quilted and finished with an exaggerated square toe.
