The Burberry name is inseparable from the gabardine trench coat it designed in 1901, now a fashion staple. Today, its artful approach to heritage style means outerwear for women and men is just part of a collection that spans red carpet dresses to the iconic Burberry check scarf and luxury bags.
'Made with at least 50% linen and hemp. Linen is made from the fibres of the flax plant. Flax is resilient and can grow in poor soil, using less water than cotton to produce. Hemp fibre is derived from the stems of the hemp plant, then woven into thread. Hemp grows easily without herbicides or pesticides, and requires relatively little water and land to cultivate.'
