Josefina Alazraki Theo draws inspiration from her childhood memories of the Uruguayan coast when designing Casa Raki's black and white Marina swimsuit. It's made from honeycomb-effect jersey that's consciously crafted from Econyl – a sustainable, regenerated fibre – with white trim accentuating the square neck and low back.
Casa Raki uses certified organic and recycled materials to create swimwear and airy separates, inspired by founder Josefina Alazraki’s childhood in Uruguay, and produced in a women-run factory in Portugal. Classic, minimal designs ensure a timelessness to each piece, in keeping with the brand’s commitment to sustainability.
'Made with 78% ECONYL. ECONYL is a nylon yarn made from recycled synthetic waste including fishing nets, in a closed-loop process that uses less water and creates less waste than traditional nylon production methods.'
