Chloé isn’t afraid to look to decades gone by for inspiration in its collections – it’s no secret that the Parisian brand’s designs derive from its fascination with the 70s. Fresh from SS21, the CH0015S sunglasses are characterised by oversized gradient lenses housed inside a gold-tone metal frame, while the tips of the arms are subtly branded and coated in acetate for a comfortable fit. The one thing missing? A floral dress – in keeping with the retro aesthetic, of course.
Founded in 1952 by Gaby Aghion, Chloé upended the formal traditions of couture fashion with its bohemian aesthetic. Under icons including Karl Lagerfeld, and now Creative Director, Chemena Kamali, it continues to draw on this rich heritage to appeal to modern generations of Chloé girls, drawn to its free-spirited femininity.
