The deconstructed form of this black, grey and green T-shirt nods to Conner Ives' innovative approach to design, which he honed whilst studying at London's revered Central Saint Martins. It's made from upcycled cotton-jersey T-shirt with a round neck and short sleeves, alongside a relaxed mid-length hem.
A Central Saint Martins graduate, American-born Connor Ives takes a sustainable approach to design, crafting eclectic dresses and separates from deadstock and vintage fabrics. His collections explore American identity and culture, refracted through an autobiographical lens.
'Made with 100% upcycled material. Upcycling reworks existing textiles to make a completely new item of clothing. Textiles can be in the form of new but unused fabric offcuts or pre-worn clothing. Upcycling reduces waste and maximises the resources used in the creation of the original textiles.'
