This coat is made from textured wool with a touch of soft cashmere. A slim fit, it has a hidden double-breasted button fastening, pleat detail at the back and a concealed inside pocket at the lining. This limited edition 11 piece womenswear collection uses the inventive methods and techniques pioneered by Royal College of Art teacher and long-time COS collaborator Usha Doshi.
A brand whose aesthetic has been so influential that it’s hard to remember what went before. But when COS launched in 2007 against a backdrop of fast, trend-led fashion, its focus on minimal pieces at accessible prices was a breakthrough moment. With a focus on style over trend, it heralded a new era for interesting, modern, considered design and changed our wardrobes for the better, forever.
