Looking to the mid-century garms of the 20th century, the Canadian-based designer imagines this dress. Echoing the figure-skimming, puff-sleeved creations of 1930s glamour, this style is cut to a plunging V-neckline, while florals scatter all the way down to an asymmetrical hem.
