The mid-century cat-eye silhouette of Fendi’s brown glasses is accentuated by the house’s FF-logo, which was introduced by the late Karl Lagerfeld in 1965. They’re Italian crafted from glossy tortoiseshell acetate with a pronounced brow line, then hallmarked with gold-tone logos at the wide temples.
Fendi founded in 1925 is globally known for unabashed extravagance. Under the direction of Karl Lagerfeld it developed glamorous womens wear and classically tailored menswear. It consistently produces some of the most sought after ‘it bags’. See them in Vogue and Grazia amongst many others.
