Did you know FENDI originated as a fur and handbag workshop? It’s true; the Roman shopfront had so much success in the years following its inception that it created a logo standing for ‘Fun Furs’ – aka the iconic double-F. The emblem is crafted in tonal ribbon appliqué and placed front and centre of this minimally designed canvas tote. Utterly seasonless, its generously sized compartment welcomes SPF and a pair of sunnies as much as it does a hat and gloves.
Fendi founded in 1925 is globally known for unabashed extravagance. Under the direction of Karl Lagerfeld it developed glamorous womens wear and classically tailored menswear. It consistently produces some of the most sought after ‘it bags’. See them in Vogue and Grazia amongst many others.
