LA-based denim expert FRAME shows us there’s a lot more to its signature fabric than jeans – just take a look at this shirt from the latest collection. It’s woven from pure cotton to a lightweight chambray finish and heavily washed, just like your favourite pair of skinnies. Cut to a regular fit and topped with a stand collar, it’s then pleated at the shoulders, helping the material billow into those big, voluminous puff sleeves.
It all started with one good pair of jeans – Le Skinny de Jeanne. The super-flattering style was soon spotted on supermodels like Miranda Kerr and Karlie Kloss, and the brand blew up. Today, Frame Denim focuses on flawless design with a European aesthetic – the French “dressed up casual” has become the label’s DNA.
