Harness-Belt Velvet Gown

Alessandro Michele juxtaposes puritanical and subversive codes for Gucci's AW20 collection and this black gown was presented on the runway. It's crafted in Italy from sumptuous velvet containing an element of silk to a sweeping silhouette with a floor-pooling hem, then finished with an embroidered appliqué G on the cream faille collar. Cinch the leather harness belt to define the waist and complete the disruptive look.
