Brooklyn-based designer Lauren Manoogian has a breadth of fabric knowledge thanks to her studies at the Rhode Island School of Design. Since 2008, she has been channelling it through her own eponymous label where she experiments with essential shape development. Pairing back the details, she creates this skirt with a simple, curved silhouette that’s crafted from a cosy alpaca and wool blend and finishes with a rolled hem.
