Raglan-Sleeve Gabardine Raincoat

Lemaire focuses on understated practicality to create this black raincoat, which is inspired by poet Charles Baudelaire's presentation of the flâneur, a person who wanders freely to observe life in a city. It's crafted from waterproof gabardine with raglan sleeves and large side pockets highlighted by white stitching.

The Lemaire wardrobe is designed to be modular, with supple silhouettes and a soft colour palette allowing outfits to be restyled and accented over time. Collections are produced in Europe, Turkey and Morocco. Bags and leather goods are made in Spain and Italy, where a collaborative effort with artisans has brought novel approaches to age-old techniques.
