Single-Breasted Coated Cotton-Canvas Trench Coat

This single-breasted burgundy coat encapsulates Christophe Lemaire and Sarah-Linh Tran’s elevated take on utilitarian dressing. Inspired by traditional trench coats, it’s shaped from coated cotton canvas to a relaxed silhouette with a point collar and side welt pockets, then belted around the waist and fastens with a concealed button placket.

The Lemaire wardrobe is designed to be modular, with supple silhouettes and a soft colour palette allowing outfits to be restyled and accented over time. Collections are produced in Europe, Turkey and Morocco. Bags and leather goods are made in Spain and Italy, where a collaborative effort with artisans has brought novel approaches to age-old techniques.
