The embroidered Anagram emblem at the end of Loewe’s yellow scarf was produced in the 1970s as a representation of cattle branding irons in a nod to the house's leather expertise. It’s spun in Italy from cashmere yarns that are brushed for a tactile handle.
For more than 150 years Loewe specialised in leather and silk. While still renowned for its expertly crafted leather goods, including its now-iconic origami-inspired puzzle fold bags, the range has grown to include a wide range of innovative luxury accessories and ready-to-wear collections that have captured the zeitgeist.
